L2L
Our congregation is proud to participate in Lads to Leaders (L2L), the oldest and largest leadership training program used by the churches of Christ today. L2L serves as a valuable tool to help equip both youth and adults for service in the Kingdom of God while developing their leadership potential. More than just a youth rally or Bible Bowl, L2L provides a wide range of Bible-based class materials and events designed for all ages, from preschoolers to adults. Through this program, we encourage spiritual growth, personal development, and a deeper commitment to God’s Word.
A key component of L2L is its year-round events, which take place within our congregation and offer opportunities for all ages to participate. These events fall into four categories—Bible, Service, Leadership, and Curriculum—and help reinforce biblical principles while strengthening our church family. Year-round participants are recognized for their efforts at the annual L2L Convention, with an award ceremony on Friday evening. This structure fosters engagement, mentorship, and encouragement among youth, adults, and senior members alike.
Each year, participants also have the opportunity to showcase their talents and leadership growth at the L2L Convention, held on Easter weekend in various locations across the United States and internationally. This event provides a platform for students to demonstrate the skills they’ve developed through pre-convention and convention events, reinforcing the value of their training and dedication. By taking part in L2L, our congregation is committed to raising up strong, faithful leaders who will stand firm in the faith and serve God’s Kingdom for generations to come.
